The issue of succession is important news if there is a generation that involved more than one man. Of course, the possibility of dispute occurs as a result of the difference in the\nperspective of the successor generation when running the business. The proposed research\naims to demonstrate how the process of succession in the family business with Strategic\nCollaboration Models (SCM). This research includes descriptive qualitative research. The\ndata will be collected with the interview and selection of informants using the purposive\nsampling technique. In this proposed research, the informants are the founder generation that\nincluding family business leaders and potential successor. The result of this research is\nexpected to explain the process of succession through strategic collaboration model. Three\nphases need to be addressed when the process of succession already from input, process, and\noutput. The input stage is more advancing in training, guidance and direction program for the\nsuccessor generation. In the process, stages explain how the founder generation can identify\nthe interest and talents of the successor generation. This case is aimed to know whether the\nbusiness existence related to interest and talent for the successor generations. In output stage\nwill explain how the founder generation and the successor ability to calculate about how\nmuch financing required to build a new business. In the family business allows a conflict, so\nit necessary anticipates with how about the existence of an agreement can separate the\nbusiness from the founder generation with the business from the successor....
Instagram, one of the social media applications on smart phone is gaining popularity as a\nmode of social interaction recently. Many people, especially young people, have used this\napplication, not only for daily communication and sharing, but also for buying and selling\nproducts. Because of the heavy usage of Instagram, there is substantial interest in making this\nmedium a commercial site, particularly among entrepreneurs who want to explore the\npotential of their businesses. However, little is understood from empirical viewpoint about\nthe intensity of Instagram usages and its impact on society. This study seeks to investigate the\nperceived impact of Instagram on Malaysian potential entrepreneurs. A survey was\nadministered which involved 115 individual. The findings revealed that most respondents in\nthis study believed that Instagram is the future way of doing their businesses. In fact, they\nbelieved that those who want to be entrepreneurs need to have Instagram as they would not\nonly allow them to share their products and services with other people but also assist them to\nmake vital and critical business decisions. The link between entrepreneurship and economic development has been well established. Macroeconomic\ndislocations, infrastructure deficiencies, and limited access to sources of financing are some of the factors militating\nagainst the development of thriving entrepreneurship and development of sustainable organizations in developing\ncountries like Nigeria. This paper argues that these challenges in themselves should create the emergence of\nentrepreneurial opportunities directed towards solving these problems. The buyer experience cycle and utility\nmatrix, and the entrepreneurial process: Renewal, Regeneration and Intrapreneuring were used to illustrate how\nentrepreneurs can develop and grow business opportunities. The aim of this paper knowledge the basic concepts related to attracting competence to highlight its importance for\nAlgerian companies and identify the reality of the Algerian company and its ability to attract the necessary competencies\nand maintain them through An Empirical Study. We finished our article by an empirical study to test our hypotheses. We\nchoose the sample composed of 100 Algerian companies. We used regression in Analyse data by spss V 24.0 software.\nThe alpha Cronbach�s coefficient of the items equal (0.975). According to the results, the variables (the wage system\n(0.196), the career development (0.246), the institution cultural (0.296) and the institution reputation (0.128)) affecting\nthe maintenance of competencies. In addition, the worker�s competency formation (0.114), training (0.678), motivation\n(0.313), and climate organization (0.227) have an effect on the maintaining competencies process in Algeria companies....
Evaluating project success in the changing environment of software industry is critical to\norganizational success. The main issue is projects' diversity in various domains, thus a variable\ndevelopment criteria for each project's success is essential. This paper proposes new model\nSuccess by using the Objectives (SbyO) model based on project objectives, stakeholders'\npriorities, and the project time frame. The SbyO model contribution consists of four\ncomponents; first, the model evaluates projects success through the degree they achieve their\nstipulated objective; second, the model considers the importance (or the value) of stakeholders�\nperspectives in setting the priority of what perspective to consider and what other perspectives\nto ignore; third, the model takes into account the timeframe for executing the elements of the\nspecified criteria; finally, the model provides SbyO cross-table to the organizations for the\npractical implementation the model. This study aimed to highlight the reality of using management information systems in managerial decision making\nin greater Irbid Municipality and to explore its role in the effectiveness of managerial decision making. In order to\nverify the study hypotheses, t-test was used as well as some of the descriptive statistics tools such as arithmetic\naverages and standard deviation to measure the dispersion in the opinion of individuals of the sample of the study\nusing the statistical package SPSS. The analysis of the study and the testing of its hypotheses have revealed a set\nof results, most importantly the followings:\n� Management information systems have a medium to high effectiveness role in greater Irbid municipality.\n� Management information systems have a role in providing the required information to make managerial\ndecision that their degree of convenience range from moderate to high.\n� There is a relationship between the uses of management information systems and the effectiveness of\nmanagerial decision making.\n� Improving management information systems impacts the effectiveness of managerial decision making....
Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in developing the economies of nations as literature\nreveals. Through literature review and SME input, the researchers were able to identify several competencies that\ncontribute to achieving Entrepreneurs Success. The statistical results show two most significant competency groups\nimpacting the Entrepreneurial success: Human Relations Competencies affecting three distinct success dimensions:\nAbility to attract outside capital, Growth in Revenues and Growth in Customer Base.
