The study examines the business entrepreneurship venture and the internally generated revenue of Landmark University Omu-Aran, Kwara State, Nigeria. The study adopts a quantitative methodology and uses the regression analysis to test the significant impact by ordinary least square analysis and vector auto-regression estimates. The study argues that private universities that are set up to provide a high level of work force for the development of the country are faced with inadequate fund at their establishment. Data was collected through both primary and secondary sources. The study reveals that the impact of business entrepreneurship venture on the internally generated revenue of Landmark University is positive for three business ventures. The study shows that Cafeteria, Shopping Mall, and Commercial farm proceeds had a huge impact on the internally generated revenue of the University. Also, the study reveals that revenue generated by the University can be improved by embarking on new marketing strategies that would attract the public to buy its commercial and other revenue generation activities. Therefore, the study recommends that the University management should put in place effective measures towards improving the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for long-term sustainability.
