This study explores the influence of Novatel''s leadership style on the development of the\r\nfirm''s business model. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of this leadership\r\ntype in the process of creating a business model that both constantly adapts to fit the needs\r\nof an ever-changing industry in a highly technological world, and aims to generate\r\ninnovation and sustainability. In order to analyze this phenomenon, the researcher utilized\r\nqualitative methodologies to identify the variables to be studied. The cause and effect\r\nrelationship of the variables, and their implications, were obtained by using data\r\ntriangulation and contrasting it with an in-depth review of the literature. Data analysis\r\nshows that Novatel''s leadership style has both a positive impact within the firm''s work\r\ndynamic, and suggests a strong correlation between the company''s leadership style\r\n(independent variable) and the formation of a chameleon business model (dependent\r\nvariable). This business model actively counteracts a fast-paced environment with an ever\r\nevolving business strategy. This study is significant because it links the firm''s type of\r\nleadership to the development of a particular business model and demonstrates how this\r\ncorrelates to firm performance.
