The main objective of this research is to study the impact of information technology (IT) on the functioning of commercial banks in the commercial sector. this research aims to measure and analyze how to achieve customer satisfaction level by using information technology of the customer in the selected banks and measure awareness level of information Technology and different software packages among the executive employed in the selected banks and to know the satisfaction with respect to bank loyalty in batter way with reference to implementation of information technology in the bank and to figure out behavior pattern of bank customers exhibited across product categories offered by banks. IT professionals perform a variety of functions (IT Disciplines/Competencies) that ranges from installing applications to designing complex computer networks and information databases. A few of the duties that IT professionals perform may include data management, networking, engineering computer hardware, database and software design, as well as management and administration of entire systems. The paper concludes that Information technology is taking place almost in all categories of the banks. Information Technology will helpful to cope with new economic and financial policies of the banks. Thus, even though IT management is a challenge flow in future banking scenario, and is going to be the challenge.
