The purpose of this article is to investigate the effects of the dimensions of organizational justice on\r\norganizational commitment. On this basis, the main question and five hypotheses have been\r\ndeveloped. The hypotheses are based on the conceptual model of research. Considering the nature of\r\nthe statistical population and the temporal and spatial limitations, we have used the measurement\r\nmethod of research in our study. The selected sample from the 6000 strong statistical population (all\r\nthe employees of the University of Medical Sciences of the province of Lorestan) consisted of 361\r\npersons chosen by using the Morgan Table. Questionnaires were the tool employed for gathering\r\ninformation in the study. The first part of the questionnaire was devoted to sociological information,\r\nand the second part to gathering information about organizational justice. To evaluate the stability of\r\nthe tools used in the research, the Cronbachs alpha method was used. The information gathered in the\r\nquestionnaires was analyzed at the two levels of descriptive analysis (that is, the descriptive analysis of\r\nthe data concerning the population and the analysis of the description of the data specific to the study)\r\nand inferential analysis.
