This research seeks to investigate the influence of different public sector organizational\nantecedents on government employees job satisfaction. Extensive\nreviews of literature revealed perceived procedural justice, distributive justice,\nesprit de corps and job training as the most referred antecedents of employees\njob satisfaction. To empirically test the study hypotheses, data were collected\nfrom 332 personnel working in National Savings (Public sector investment\nbank in Pakistan). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze\nthe data using SPSS Statistics 23 and AMOS 21. The results of this research\ngenerally support the hypothesis proposing the relationships between organizational\nantecedents (procedural and organizational justice and esprit de\ncorps) and job satisfaction, except the association between employees training\nand job satisfaction. The study helps in formulating policies regarding workforce\nand labor management by providing in-depth insight to the concerned\nauthorities of various government organizations. This research, in addition to\nlimitations, provides some tangible future research directions for future researchers\nin the light of its findings.
