Organizations are operating in a competitive business environment where\nstakeholders are concerned about the type of products and services firms\nbrings to the market. Moreover, the modern customers are knowledgeable\nand sensitive to the kind of products and service they buy from an organization.\nThe objective of this study was to investigate how stakeholder exposure\nimpacts on the sustainable supply chain management practices in Safaricom,\nKenya. The study adopts a case study design, focused on Safaricom, one of\nAfrica�s most innovative cellular firms. The study gathered data from Safaricom\nmanagement, community, Communication Authority of Kenya (CA),\ncorporate customers, and the suppliers. The study adopted semi structured\ninterview protocol to collect data. This study will be analyzed by use of content\nanalysis. Understanding the impact of stakeholder exposure on SSCM\npractices was critical in ensuring that stakeholder requirements are met.
