    In the present paper, an elliptic equation with Hardy-Sobolev critical exponent,\nHardy-Sobolev-Mazâ??ya potential and sign-changing weights, is considered.\nBy using the Nehari manifold and mountain pass theorem, the existence\nof at least four distinct solutions is obtained.
