Breast cancer, is a carcinoma in the region of breast of both males and females, however, it is highly common in females. Globally around 2 million cases are detected and diagnosed of breast cancer, with India becoming the epicentre of the newly emerging cases compared to the world. There is still lot of hesitations among Indian women to go for early diagnosis, a stage where it is highly treatable and has good prognosis. There are various reasons for the development of breast cancer and also there are various types of breast cancer depending upon the characteristics of the cancer. Most common types are ER PR positive/ Her2 negative (considered as good cancer) and Totally Her2 Positive or Triple positive (where the prognosis becomes little difficult). Breast cancer has various types depending upon the region its occurring and the patho-physiological changes happening due to the development of the cancer. Signaling pathways are the pathways any particular type of cancer develops in the body and it plays a significant role in the stage and development of cancer. Also signaling pathways are the outside environment of the cell which decides the type and prognosis of the cancer. Recent, researches are happening globally to develop targeted therapies for breast cancer, depending upon the signaling pathways any particular type of cancer follows to develop and progress in the body. Hence, this review has been written in order to attract the specific attention of the researchers to be aware of the signaling pathways present in any cases of breast cancer and personalized treatment plan can be followed in order to save the precious lives....
