Nurse’s communication skills, check vitals, provide medication and educate patient and their emotional support improved patient satisfaction in medical word in India. Nursing is an essential component a health-care services delivered by a hospital to its patients. Patient satisfaction is a yard stick to admeasure the quality of care. The responsibility of health care providers to treat patient with the best facilities in the hospitals, health care system today is technically expert. Strong attention is placed on patients’ service with organized efforts to understands, measure and meets the need of client served. Patient displeasure on nursing services is a problem in the developed and developing countries nursing care is a Proposition within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families and communities so, they may receive, preserve or recover optimum health and quality of life. Non-Experimental descriptive research design was used among 60 patients’ selected by convenience sampling from selected Career Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Depicts the relationship between patient satisfaction and patient experience. The Karl Person’s correlation coefficient, r=0.91 with the p=0.01 shows a significant positive correlation between the score of patient experience and satisfaction towards nursing care. The study a significant association was seen between patient satisfaction and patient experience towards nursing care with selected socio- demographic variables, patient satisfaction related questionnaire and patient experience related questionnaire.
