Payment optimization has been a concern of the corporate and academic. This\narticle discusses the four conditions of the social insurances and the housing\nfund as a kind of benefit. The goal is to maximize the employees benefits.\nAnd the cardinal factors of compensation, such as monthly salary and the\nyear-end bonus, are took into account as an entire. This paper takes into account\nthe impact of social insurances and the housing fund on labor cost. It\nmakes labor cost as a constraint to construct the compensation optimization\nmodel. And this paper takes the actual data of M company as an example.\nThis paper makes up for the deficiency of social insurances and the housing\nfund in the field of tax planning. It has instructive points in the controlling of\nlabor cost and incentive....
Employees are considered to be the soft assets and hidden value of a company.\nEmployees are the stimulus energy in every successful organization and\ntherefore organizations are concerned about developing their human resources\nto achieve competitive advantage in the market. The productivity of\nan employee is not only affected by their capabilities but the environment in\nwhich they worked. High job performance is not possible unless and until\nemployees get a better quality of work life and hence the quality of work life is\nindispensable in all enterprises. Taking this into cognizance, the present study\nhas been conducted to examine the differences in the satisfaction levels of\nemployees towards the quality of work life in Cairo Amman Bank across demographic\nvariables. The study also investigates the impact of quality of work\nlife on job satisfaction of employees. Data has been collected through questionnaires\ndesigned on a five-point Likert scale. Independent sample t-test,\nOne-Way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression are the statistical tools that\nhave been used for analysis of data. The findings highlighted that there is significant\npositive impact of quality of work life on satisfaction levels of employees.\nNotwithstanding, it has been revealed that there are significant differences\nin the satisfaction levels of employees towards the quality of work life\nacross gender, education, and cadre but no significant difference has been\nfound across age, and length of service....
An investor’s portfolio is considered to comprise two assets-a risk-free asset governed by stochastic interest rate of return and a risky asset that has its price process driven by the geometric Brownian motion in a financial market where consumption, taxes, transaction costs and dividends are charged and paid. The goal is to find the effect of consumption on an investor’s trading strategy under non-correlating Brownian motions. The maximum principle is used to determine the relating Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equation. On the application of elimination of variable dependency, the investor’s optimal investment strategy was obtained. The findings include that due to consumption more fund is to be invested on the risky asset when there is consumption....
As an important external governance mechanism, product market competition\nhas considerable impact on the marginal value of a companys cash holdings\nin various aspects. This paper examines the impact of predatory risk on\nthe marginal value of cash holdings in product market by sampling Chinese\nA-share listed companies from 2000 to 2013. It shows that the predation risk\nin the product market increases the marginal value of cash holdings by 0.2\nYuan....
The improved AdaBoost-SVM algorithm is used to classify the safety and the\nrisk from the Peers-to-Peers net loan platforms. Since the SVM algorithm is\nhard to deal with the rare samples and its training is slow, rule sampling is\nused to reduce the classify noise. Then, with the combinations of learning\nmachine, P2P risks can be identified. The result shows that IAdaBoost algorithm\ncan improve the risk platform classification accuracy. And the error of\nclassification can be controlled in 5%....
