This paper describes the unbalanced mechanism of disabled labor market\nfrom the perspective of supply and demand matching. There are two stages\nwhich significantly compose supply and demand, shown as base layer and\ncommunication layer. The base layer is the premise of both supply side and\ndemand side to participate in market communication, mainly determined by\nsubjective factors. Moreover, the object of the communication layer is the\noutput of the base layer. Through the interflow of supply and demand, the total\naggregate matching is generated. At present, the matching problem in disabled\nlabor market is mainly focused on the base layer, causing severe shrink\nof communicating quantity in communication layer. Due to the above reasons,\nthe finally total amount matching is extremely small. Although numerous studies have adopted social exchange theory to investigate the mechanism through which leadership influences employee voice behavior, few studies have placed their focus on the mediation of employees basic psychological needs. To address this research gap, this study adopted self-determination theory to explore how supervisor support encourages subordinates to engage in voice behavior. Furthermore, the moderating effect of impression management motive was clarified. This study adopted structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression approach to analyze 268 sets of data of a pair of supervisor and subordinate. The results revealed that basic psychological needs mediated the relationship between supervisor support and self-determined prosocial motivation, which, in turn, was positively related to voice behavior. In addition, subordinates impression management motive weakens the positive relationship between self-determined prosocial motivation and voice behavior....
As Kotter commented, a change is required to build an organization that wins in both the present and the future. However, for change to be successful, it should take the culture aspects into consideration. Hence, this research brought the cultural component under full investigation in terms of both the national and organizational cultures by utilizing Hofstedes 6-Dimension Model and Hofstede Multi-Focus Model. The purpose is to provide a new culture-based change management model. The new model is called ElKattans 5-Theme Model. The model tackles a number of pitfalls in the existing models like Lewins 3-Phase Model and Kotters 8-Step Model. The study used a qualitative research design in a context of two medium-sized companies in Egypt. In order to assess the influence of the culture on the change, the organizational culture was measured using a survey that is based on the Hofstede Multi-Focus Model. The research showed how a lack of practicing the components of the 5-Theme Model led to failure in implementation. This paper provides a comprehensive model of how organizational change should be managed by medium-sized companies in any industry globally. The model suggests a number of components that must be practiced during the different phases of the implementation. The model provides managers with a complete practical toolkit that can be used while managing the change during the different phases of the implementation. The model provides integration between change, strategy, project management, and culture. To the researchers knowledge, no such model is available in change management literature....

Results: The initial findings of the data analysis indicated that there was a significant statistical evidence for the relationship between information behaviour and decision-making without looking at the inside dimensions of each variable. However, after extra three steps of data analysis, the final findings indicated that all information types dimension were found significant as a source of variation in decision-making four stages. Conclusion: The general finding is that information behaviour does have an impact on decision-making stages; thus it plays a vital role in decision-making effectiveness and efficiency....
