Using the patent applications data of listed firms in China from 2005 to 2014,\nthis paper examines how the pay gap in the top management team influences\nenterprise innovation. The result shows that the number of patent applications\nespecially the number of patents for invention increases significantly\nwhen the pay gap enlarges. It means the enlargement of the pay gap in the top\nmanagement team could incent executives to make innovation decisions, to\npromote outputs of high-quality patents for invention. Finally the quality of\nenterprise innovation has been improved. Especially, the incentive effect of\nthe pay gap in the top management team is more significant in private enterprises\nand enterprises with strong financing constraints. This study discusses the existence of the boutique hotels on the central of the city of Kuala Lumpur and the\nmain factors which affects guests staying experience in these hotels. This study takes all the elements; definition\nand overview, and the characteristics of the boutique hotels in the contact of Malaysian cultures. It also aims to\ninvestigate the factors that impact guest staying in the boutique hotels in Kuala Lumpur. To achieve this goal, the\nmethodology includes site observation, literature reviews, and questionnaires surveys involved 13 boutique hotels\nin Kuala Lumpur. Two-step sampling process was used for this study. In the first step census sampling were applied\nfollowed by convenience sampling to collect the data. The time horizon of this survey is in a suitable one month\nfollowed by processing the collected data. Finding clearly revealed the important insights related to the topic of\ninterests were obtained through a series of analysis. Generally, the findings also explained the main relationship of\nall variables and provided insight into the experiential nature of boutique hotels and offered important implications\nfor hotel marketers....
The previous research on independent innovation ability has explored the\nimpact of technological innovation performance on it, and lacked the common\ninfluence of knowledge integration ability and technological innovation\nperformance on independent innovation ability. This paper introduces knowledge\nintegration ability into independent innovation capability model to carry\nout empirical examination. The results verify the establishment of this\nmodel: There was a significant positive correlation between technological innovation\nperformance and independent innovation capability, knowledge integration\nability and independent innovation capability; there was a significant\ninteractive effect between technological innovation performance and\nknowledge integration ability....

The relationship between self-efficacy and job performance has long been established.\nBut, there is limited research on self-efficacy and different dimensions\nof job performance and the extent of the association has not been investigated\ncomprehensively in the context of the Sri Lankan banking sector. Therefore,\nthe purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of self-efficacy on task\nperformance and contextual performance of the employees in the banking\nsector in Sri Lanka. The data were randomly collected from a sample of 176\nmanagers and 357 non-managerial employees in the banking sector in Sri\nLanka. A questionnaire was administered to the employees to measure their\nself-efficacy, task performance, and contextual performance. The collected\ndata were analyzed using correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The\nresults of the study indicated that self-efficacy had significantly and positively\ncorrelated with task performance and contextual performance. According to\nthe findings, the employees� trust on their capabilities to organize and execute\ncourses of action required to accomplish the task has significantly and positively\ncorrelated with the behaviors that are directly related with the completion\nof the job and with the extra role supporting behaviors which are not directly\nrelated to the job....
