The value co-creation of customer participation is the prerequisite for the\ncompany to achieve commercial value from the we-media. This paper starts\nfrom the content of the we-media environment elements to reveal the mechanism\nof value co-creation of customersâ?? participation in we-media, and\nhelps we-media managers to deliver the content customers need scientifically\nand efficiently, to increase their willingness to participate, and to realize\nvalue co-creation. Based on 227 valid questionnaires, this paper uses SPSS\n22.0 and AMOS17.0 to analyze the data and test the hypothesis. The empirical\nresults show that: Practical Content and Interesting Content significantly\npositively affect the value co-creation of autonomous customer participation;\nPractical Content and Personalized Content significantly positively\ninfluence the Sponsored Value Co-creation. At the same time, Autonomous\nValue Co-creation also has a significant positive impact on the Sponsored\nValue Co-creation, and Autonomous Value Co-creation plays a role as a partial\nintermediary in the Sponsored Value Co-creation by Practical Content,\nand it is initiated in Interesting Content, the role of co-creation of value plays\na role of a complete intermediary....
We investigate the factors that affect total factor productivity growth in\nMENA countries. To this end, we start first by examining levels and trends in\nagricultural outputs and productivity growth using Torqnovist Indexes and\nthen computing Malmquist Indexes for three MENA countries representing\nthree different agro-ecological areas; irrigated (Egypt), rainfed (Tunisia) and\nrangeland (Jordan) over the period 1961-2012. We make use of data drawn\nfrom the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) dataset. The advantage of\nthis decomposition is that allows decomposing TFP into its two components,\nnamely technical efficiency (TEF) and technological change (TECH). The\nanalysis was complemented by econometric regression of the obtained TECH,\nconsidered as the most important long-run driver of TFP growth, scores on a\nset of potential explicative variables. Turning to the determinants of the\ncomponents of TECH, the paper findings showed that TFP can be increased\ndue to the increasing in human capital, share of the main crop harvested in\neach country, and resource reallocation-agricultural employment share. The\nmain implication policy of this research is that growth and determinants of\nTFP are essential for assessing the country past and potential economic performance,\nand the gains in TFP drive gains in income and growth....
It is anticipated that by 2050, the number of people living in cities will have increased from 3.6 billion in\n2011 to nearly 6.5 billion and that 70% of the worldâ??s population will be residents of cities. This rapid\nincrease in people will occur in developing countries (e.g., Saudi Arabia, China, India). Thus, complex issues\nrelated to an increasing level of urbanization present huge challenges but also huge opportunities for\ngovernments, societies, and businesses. For instance, sustainable cities projects can provide enormous\nopportunities with which to create better futures for larger numbers of people via the environmental\ngreening of buildings, supply chains, energy, technology, transport, and waste management, as well as\nproviding a wide range of economic and social benefits. Based on the literature review, this paper presents\na research model that defines the unique roles that business firms play in building highly sustainable cities\nthat thrive based on the triple bottom lines of economic, environmental, and social dimensions to create\nwin-win situation. First, effective private and public partnerships are discussed in the context of\nsustainable cities. Second, the paper argues that enhancing and promoting sustainability strategies and\npractices in a city gives a firm a competitive advantage in both strategy and operations levels, making it a\ngreat role for the businesses. Third, the specific roles of businesses that link them between government\nentities and city residents will be discussed. Additionally, we have developed a measurement tool for\nmeasuring the success factors of these sustainable cities projects. This measurement tool aims to examine\nthe changing roles of businesses in making urbanization sustainable in terms of economic sustainability\n(e.g., financial performance, job creation, and human resources development), social responsibility (e.g.,\nCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) indicators), and sustainable environmental terms (e.g., quality of life,\nand resources efficiency use (recycling, renewable energy use)). Finally, the case study illustration\nincludes specific sustainable city projects already in progress in Saudi Arabia....
The change of social establishment in 1989 brought the possibility of doing business. The basic problem has become the question of determining the appropriate legal form of business since the Commercial Code and the Trade Licensing Act have allowed several legal forms of business. In practice, it is a trade license and business in the form of business companies. A public company, which has its origins in German and Austrian commercial law, is generally applied in the area of family business. In the current Slovak conditions, according to the data from the business register, it literally \"extinguishes\" despite its advantages. Our aim is to provide a scientific and doctrinal interpretation of legislation, professional literature and jurisprudence, to give this type of Business Company a comprehensive view with an emphasis on selected problems of its management. The contribution is divided into several parts; our focus is primarily the issues of founding and establishing a public trading company, the rights and obligations of the partners, the problems in managing the company, the liability of the partners for the company's obligations as well as the death of one of the shareholders. As a result of the public company's examination, the hypothesis that the Public Trading Company is an unnecessary type of Business Company and a historical experience of commercial law will eventually be confirmed or rejected...
The current level of technological development lead to an increased need of privacy and security regarding the personal data of individuals. To respond to the current needs, the new General Data Protection Regulation framework aims to provide the necessary guidance to avoid future data leakage of personal private date. It can be observed that some of the accounting processes need to be examined in order to ensure a full compliance with the requirements of the regulation. The main scope of this paper is to provide a glimpse in the current adoption and compliance with the GDPR regulation in the case of the accounting profession in Romania, as well as providing guidance for an easier compliance. To the best of the authorsâ?? knowledge, this is the first paper that investigates the correlations between the regulation and the accounting profession in the context of Romania, from an information security perspective. After conducting an empirical analysis to assess the current level of knowledge and compliance, the results highlighted that, at the time of the study, with less than 2 months before the adoption date at the EU level, there was a significant gap of knowledge and compliance in the case of the accounting profession in Romania. Still, it is expected for this gap to decrease in the future months once the deadline is approaching....
