The paper concerns the duties and responsibilities of managers using the principle of\nclawback. The authors proposed their own model of financial model of construction of\nremuneration for managers. There are in practice ethical problems concerning the level of\nrequirements and qualifications versus salary and the level of legal and financial liability,\nespecially against top-managers of the largest enterprises; often in a situation of extensive\neconomic and social impact of their decisions. The problem of a managerâ??s responsibility has\na dual nature. On the one hand the manager is charged with overall responsibility for all\nfinancial and PR losses of a company, on the other hand the manager takes moral, legal and\nfinancial responsibility for particular decisions. This article considers the financial\nresponsibility area. The subprime financial crisis has sparked a discussion about the\nresponsibility of top management in the context of disclosure of large bonuses paid to the\nsenior managers and lack of consequences for bankruptcies. Very high salaries the executives\nwere paid, were not sufficiently related to the system of contractual and administrative\nresponsibility....
The significant amount of research attention was given to the association among HRM and\nwell-being; but how the attention driving performance management influences well-being\nand what variables explain their relation has not been well discussed yet. This study\ninvestigates the relationship between performance management practices and employees well being when perceived job control is playing the role of mediator. The Present research study\naddresses this relation in, educating employees working in different sectors in Lahore city as\nthe city recruits employees from different areas of the country (Pakistan). Data was gathered\nfrom 250 employees and results show that performance management significantly influences\nour mediator and well-being and also the mediator (perceived job control) significantly\ninfluences the relationship between performance management practices and well-being. For\nfuture research purposes, limitations as well as future directions are also discussed in this\nresearch....
The traditional classical incentive model only reveals the general rule of organizational\nincentive, and does not give specific operation rules. The matching\nbetween organizational incentives and employee needs is still black box, and it\ndoes not reveal its core operation mechanism from the perspective of mechanism.\nThis paper took through the literature review, the Hidilao Hotpot\ncompany as a case study, through a variety of ways to collect data, the use of\ngrounded theory to encode data analysis, and ultimately extracted 58 concepts,\n26 sub-areas, 7 main areas, concluded that the Hidilao Hotpot Employee\nmotivation formed the path, and ultimately extracted the micro-level\nemployee motivation mechanism model. In the present turbulent and unpredictable Nigerian business environment, the lack of\nself-esteem among employees selected breweries in South East Nigeria seems to make job\nsatisfaction a major problem. The main objective of the study is to identify the extent to\nwhich self-efficacy enhances employee commitment in Breweries in South East Nigeria.\nSpecifically, the study seeks to ascertain the extent to which self-esteem relates to job\nsatisfaction of employees in selected brewing firms in South East. The research design\nadopted by the study was Survey type of design; One hundred and fifty six employees\nconstituted the population which were selected from breweries located in the South East Zone\nof Nigeria. Questionnaire was used for the purpose of data collection. Pearson Product\nMoment Correlation was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the Study revealed that\nthere is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and job satisfaction of\nemployees in the selected brewing firms in South East Geopolitical Zone of Nigeria. The\nConclusion drawn was that employees in the selected brewing firms can function properly or\nremain task oriented, if sense of efficacy is imbibed. The study recommended that employees\nshould ensure that they develop positive self-esteem at work to restore confidence in\nthemselves, devote more time and effort in tackling difficult tasks and feel more relaxed at\nwork....
