The rapid development of web technology has brought new problems and challenges to the recommendation system: on the one hand, the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm has been difficult to meet the personalized recommendation needs of users; on the other hand, the massive data brought by web technology provides more useful information for recommendation algorithms. How to extract features from this information, alleviate sparsity and dynamic timeliness, and effectively improve recommendation quality is a hot issue in the research of recommendation system algorithms. In view of the lack of an effective multisource information fusion mechanism in the existing research, an improved 5G multimedia precision marketing based on an improved multisensor node collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is proposed. By expanding the input vector field, the features of users’ social relations and comment information are extracted and fused, and the problem of collaborative modelling of these two kinds of important auxiliary information is solved. The objective function is improved, the social regularization term and the internal regularization term in the vector domain are analysed and added from the perspective of practical significance and vector structure, which alleviates the overfitting problem. Experiments on a large number of real datasets show that the proposed method has higher recommendation quality than the classical and mainstream baseline algorithm....
The growing demand for broadband Internet services is forcing scientists around the world to seek and develop new telecommunication technologies. With the transition from the fourth generation to the fifth generation wireless communication systems, one of these technologies is beamforming. The need for this technology was caused by the use of millimeter waves in data transmission. This frequency range is characterized by heavy path loss. The beamforming technology could compensate for this significant drawback. This paper discusses basic beamforming schemes and proposes a model implemented on the basis of QuaDRiGa. The model implements a MIMO channel using symmetrical antenna arrays. In addition, the methods for calculating the antenna weight coefficients based on the channel matrix are compared. The first well-known method is based on the addition of cluster responses to calculate the coefficients. The proposed one uses the singular value decomposition of the channel matrix into clusters to take into account the most correlated information between all clusters when calculating the antenna coefficients. According to the research results, the proposed method for calculating the antenna coefficients allows an increase in the SNR/SINR level by 8–10 dB on the receiving side in the case of analog beamforming with a known channel matrix....
In this paper, a lowpass filter is designed using half elliptical resonators with a wide stopband. New formulas are presented to achieve a circuit model for the half elliptical resonators used in this work. Additionally, the transfer function and transmission zero equations are used to adjust the frequency of the transmission zeros of the filter. The cut-off frequency of the lowpass filter is 1.26 GHz with a sufficiently large stopband, extending from 1.48 GHz to 20 GHz. The proposed filter’s figure of merit is 62,520, demonstrating its outperformance compared to the state of the art. The filter is implemented on a RT-5880 substrate with a constant dielectric of 2.2, thickness of 31 mil and loss tangent of 0.0009. The LPF was fabricated and tested, showing good agreement between the simulated and measured results....
/e imbalance between the uplink and downlink rates and coverage of the 5G network has led to limited vertical industry services. Aiming at breaking the imbalance between the uplink and downlink rates and improving the coverage of 5G network, a uplink coverage enhancement algorithm is designed from the aspects of networking mode, bandwidth, uplink and downlink subframe ratio, etc. It uses high- and low-frequency time-frequency joint scheduling to enable uplink full-time slot scheduling, thereby improving uplink coverage and rate. According to the actual test on the live network, the results show that the super-uplink algorithm can increase the near-point uplink rate by 15% to 30%, increase the uplink rate for indoor midpoint scenarios by 40% to 80%, and increase the uplink rate for outdoor and indoor weak spot scenarios by 100% to 400%....
With the evolution and upgrading of the fifth-generation mobile communication technology, the mobile network will support a larger mobile user group and more diverse business scenarios, greatly enhance the Internet service experience, and fully support IoT-aware applications. As the forefront of the Internet of Everything, the wireless access network plays an important role in the evolution of the network. )e continuous innovation of a new generation of information technology, especially the application of technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of )ings, has triggered an upsurge in the digital transformation of enterprises. Digital transformation has had a profound impact on the production and operation activities of enterprises and has also changed the organization and management of enterprise innovation activities. From the perspective of the innovation ecosystem, the digital transformation of a single enterprise leads to changes in innovation activities, which will converge and emerge new characteristics at the system level. )e purpose of this article is to study the full scenarios of 5G communication access in the digital transformation of medium and large enterprises. )is article starts with the development trend of wireless access networks, analyzes network slicing technologies in detail, and points out that wireless access networks are moving towards 5G. Important challenges are faced in the development of the times. Based on the adaptive random access model proposed in this paper, a feedback adaptive optimization method is proposed. )is method estimates the real access load through feedback and calculates the access threshold through the access load. )en, broadcast the threshold value to each user equipment through downlink broadcast. )e results show that the normalized throughput rate of random access methods using AC-RACH and FC-RACH is higher than that of RA-RACH. Especially, when the arrival rate of user requests is getting higher and higher, the throughput rate of RA-RACH access will continue to decrease with the collision until it approaches zero. By comparing the key data of normalized throughput rate and access success rate, it is concluded that the feedback adaptive method has a significant performance improvement under heavy load conditions compared with the previous method....
