This paper integrates information on research studies carried out, in Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni, by the Southeast Regional Research Center (CIRSE) of the National Institute of Forestry, Agricultural and Livestock Research (INIFAP) in Mexico. Stevia is an ancient plant of Paraguayan origin with great potential to produce natural sweeteners. There is a constant demand at the national and international levels for this crop so new varieties adapted to different environments are required in order to reduce production costs, avoid dependence from abroad, improve yields and increase the acreage. The Mexican CIRSE has documented a series of innovations since 2010 in stevia such as: 1) studies of the productive potential, 2) production of seedlings with biological rooters, 3) population densities, 4) pre-emergence control of weeds, 5) fertilization doses, 6) materials better adapted to Mexican environment conditions and 7) evaluation of main stevia glycosides such as Stevioside and Rebaudioside- A among the most important. The main scientific findings are reported in this paper with the hope that stevia producers use it as a guide to improving their stevia production crop....
The reason for including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in business processes can be different from cultural and social to economic and financial purposes. Lately, most of the studies have observed the performance of organizations, as a result of including CSR in their structure. Until now, most of the studies advocate that investing in innovation means growing performance. This research emphasizes a new variable with a big impact on organizations performance: quality. Thus, the management teams can pay more attention to this variable in order to improve their organizations performance. This research reviews the work of previous authors and suggests new ideas for further articles on the relation between CSR performance and quality. For this research, 201 publications were analyzed from the WoS database using VOSviewer software....
In the process of global digital trade rules negotiation, game and cooperation coexist, and all parties are actively seeking cooperative relationship while negotiating game. Against this background, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of the negotiation process of global digital trade rules and analyzes the core issues of the negotiations and their implied political game. 'is paper firstly compares the core issues of global digital trade rules negotiations at multilateral and regional levels and quantitatively reflects the weighting relationship between core issues and keywords by means of a dynamic thematic model. In order to judge the potential partnership of each country, this paper constructs a theoretical model of partner selection for global digital trade rules negotiation from the perspective of political game and uses the data of 62 major digital trade countries for empirical testing. Compared with traditional trade agreements, the consensus reached in digital trade negotiations is less influenced by traditional economic geography factors and more influenced by the level of digital trade restrictions and political distance. When signing digital trade terms, a country tends to choose countries with similar levels of digital trade restrictions and high political similarity as partners. Financial restrictions and trade restrictions are the most important digital trade restriction factors that countries pay attention to when negotiating, and political stability is the most important political factor that countries pay attention to when negotiating. Compared with developed countries, developing countries pay more attention to market size, cultural differences, and digital infrastructure when negotiating. 'e formulation of global digital trade rules may follow a reconstructive path from bilateral to regional to multilateral, promoting regional digital trade rule systems at this stage and gradually expanding the scope of negotiations to the multilateral level....
Job satisfaction of employees of organizations is a determinant of their success, high productivity of employees. Creating such a positive work environment require high demands on the work of managers - on their approach to their subordinates, on the style of leadership. An individual approach, knowledge about the differences of the individuals requires a high level of emotional intelligence. Job satisfaction and ethics of behavior come to the fore. The environment of organizations is also characterized by the cooperation of several generations, each with its own specifics. The differences are not only in the needs of these generations, in the requirements of the job and managers, but also in the angles of view of the problems that have arisen, in the style of communication, in the preferences, or in their value ladder. However, the fact is that older generations and younger - Y, Z can benefit from each other if they experience an effective leadership approach....
In this paper, a knowledge service method that supports the intelligent design of products is investigated. The proposed method provides the solutions to computational problems and reasoning and decision-making problems in the field of intelligent design. The requirement analysis of a knowledge-based intelligent design system integrates design knowledge into case-based reasoning activities through scheme analysis, scheme evaluation, and scheme adjustment, thus achieving knowledge-based intelligent reasoning and decision-making. During the similarity matching, a new hybrid similarity measurement method is proposed to calculate the similarity of crisp and fuzzy sets. +is method integrates the fuzzy set similarity theory based on the traditional similarity measurement method. A method of attribute level classification is proposed to assign weight coefficients. The attributes are divided into the primary matching and auxiliary matching levels according to the decisiveness of case matching, and the set of weight coefficients is continuously and dynamically updated through case-based reasoning learning. Then, the weighted global similarity measure is used to obtain the set of similar cases from the case database. Finally, a design example of a computer numerical control tool holder product is studied to present the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method....
