The purpose of this study is to look at the important aspects that influence the execution of a company’s production management optimization. The most important aspects found are: Effective Human Resource Management System (EHRMS), Integrative Planning and Scheduling (IPS), Internal Operations Synchronization and Effective Management Role (IOSMR), and Quality Governance and Strategic Process Control (QGSPC). All of these variables were considered independent variables in this study, whereas the Implementation of a Company Production Management Optimization (ICPMO) was considered a dependent variable. The study used a quantitative technique, and the participants were chosen at random. The primary data was then gathered using a survey method that contained all of the questions from the defined measurement constructs. All of the submitted hypotheses were found to be significant based on the outcomes of this investigation. The optimization of a production management system is strongly advised for all organizations looking to optimize earnings, achieve maximum productivity, grow sales, and gain market share....
The closure of educational activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia due to the enduring COVID-19 pandemic resulted in an unanticipated change from conventional learning to a setup that only comprises digital teaching and learning. In this context, the current study sought to investigate undergraduate business students' perceptions of the effectiveness of web-based learning at the College of Business Administration, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, KSA, during the new coronavirus COVID-19 epidemic, in light of three demographic variables: gender, specialization, and academic level. Through an online poll of 200 students, this study sought to better understand business students' perceptions regarding web-based learning. According to the study's findings, students' satisfaction with web-based learning platforms is modest but varies depending on the object. There were no statistically significant variations in the usage of web-based learning for gender, specialization, and academic level. This research reveals that web-based learning has risen in global popularity among students worldwide, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown period. However, there is a significant need for curriculum reformation to align with remote teaching and learning fundamental concepts. Information systems and technological training for students and faculty are also essential for continual improvement in teaching best practices....
This exploratory research aims to examine the perceptions towards advertising in Saudi Arabia. From earlier studies, sixty items were selected to measure the perceptions towards advertising in Saudi Arabia. Survey methodology was used to solicit the responses from respondents (N = 410). Descriptive analyses show that most consumers believe that advertising is a necessary aspect these days. They commonly agreed that ads allowed individuals to learn about new and innovative ideas. Moreover, they unconditionally believed that advertising benefits their country’s economy. Exploratory factor analyses were used to examine the responses. A six-factor solution was extracted and finalized. This six-factor solution includes Skeptic, Reliable, Informative, Relationship, Influenced, and Dogmatic. These opinions were finally summarized into two higher-order thoughts; a) Optimistic (including Reliable, Informative, Relationship, Influenced); and b) Pessimistic (including Skeptic and Dogmatic). Optimistic school of thought has a very encouraging, positive, and hopeful and cheerful attitude towards advertising and its contribution in society and the economy. The pessimistic school of thought has a very negative cynical and distrustful attitudes towards advertising. The pessimistic views towards advertising in Saudi Arabia were relatively stronger than Optimistic views, and this difference is statistically significant....
The study aims to look at the perception of tax administrators on the merger and acquisition (M & A) investment decision in Malaysia based on planned behavior theory. A total of 88 Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (IRBM) staff took part in the structured interviews. The result was analyzed to examine the link between peer influence and perceived behavioral control on behavioral intention to carry out a merger and acquisition. Results show that perceived behavioral control is significantly and positively related to behavioral intention while peer influence is weak yet a significant influence on behavioral intention. This article is organized into four parts. The first part will discuss the introduction. The author moved on to discuss the theoretical framework as the second part of this article where theory of planned behavior and peer influence and behavioral intention will be discussed in depth. The third part will be the research methodology and the final part is recommendation and conclusion....
This paper examines the effect of different residential electrical load profiles (electrical energy consumption patterns within a day) on energy charges for customers with solar panels under different Southern California Edison time-of-use (TOU) rate plans. We identify the TOU plan which would be the most cost effective for solar customers with each load profile. The impact of the orientation of the solar panel array (whether it faces south or west or east) and shading patterns on electricity charges are examined. We also determine the ideal usage offset (the percentage of electricity consumption provided by the solar array) for the various scenarios presented in this paper. We perform these analyses using actual data for the average sized residential customer of Southern California Edison. While the data we examine are based on solar panel production estimates for southern California, the issues we address, and the methods we use, are applicable to virtually any locality. And our analysis reveals how myriad factors impact the economics of residential solar panel systems regardless of location....
