This paper mainly researches the resource sharing with the manufacturer as the platform leader and the supplier as the platform participant in the environment of shared complex assembly platform based on cloud platform. Considering the limited rationality of the game players, the selection process and influencing factors of manufacturing resource sharing strategy are studied based on evolutionary game theory. The main findings are as follows: the excess revenue of supply chain has a positive impact on promoting complex assembly resource sharing and cooperation; cooperative cost and speculative profit can reduce the probability of platform resource sharing and cooperation; there is an optimal proportion of excess revenue distribution which makes the cooperation most likely to succeed. And then, under the conditions of maximizing their own benefit and the boundaries of available benefits, the mapping relationship between the revenue distribution coefficient and the probability of successful cooperation is established, which is verified by numerical simulation experiments. These results can provide decision-making reference for formulating reasonable shared assembly manufacturing supply chain revenue distribution mechanism....
The purpose of this study has been to assess the relationship between intelligence or cognitive capital and wage in 118 countries using cross-sectional. Whistleblowing can be described as a response to reporting improper conduct. It comprises reporting any harmful practices that require instant remedial action to reduce the adverse effect across the organisation. Even though whistleblowing is a tough decision, continuous effort to examine the factors influencing the whistleblowing intention provides valuable insights in detecting and preventing wrongdoings. This study aimed to examine the determinants of whistleblowing intention among 210 public sector internal auditors of 25 ministries in Malaysia. This study applied a quantitative approach through questionnaire distribution and employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyse the collected data. In this study, four independent variables were proposed. Two individual factors (self-efficacy and empathy) and two organisational factors (ethical leadership and power distance) were examined for their relationship with the dependent variable (whistleblowing intention). The results of this study indicated that self-efficacy and empathy as significant contributors to whistleblowing intention. Meanwhile, ethical leadership and power distance were not significant in influencing whistleblowing intention. Delving into study to explore the antecedents that influence the likelihood of whistleblowing is crucial to address the ethical and professional standards of the public sector internal auditing....
