Tourism is no longer just an activity for leisure, as the evolution and integration of niche forms of tourism into the mainstream industry is now a dynamic process that brings many new tourism forms into this sector. By intertwining tourism with education, we are now able to expand tourism activities in the sphere of learning and skill acquisition. Therefore, a most prolific form of tourism in our current global society is educational tourism. This form encompasses many diverse and complex activities that can enrich the knowledge of the participants and also serve as an instrument for direct and indirect economic development through what we can now categorize as a modern type tourism activity. This paper analyses the general characteristics of educational tourism and underlines the importance and the impact of this type of tourism. We present a case study on the Erasmus program, an education/tourism hybrid that has demonstrated that student and teacher mobility is a viable and profitable activity, benefiting both the participants and the higher learning institutions that collaborate in these endeavors. The resounding success of the Erasmus program can serve as a benchmark in future educational tourism projects because educational tourism represents a huge potential sector that will undeniably further expand in the future. Enotourism, also known as wine tourism, is a growing niche tourism sector that is, at present, a rapidly developing industry and an important and sought out tourism sector world-wide. Because of its impact, importance and future development, this paper wishes to present a general analysis regarding wine tourism and a relevant case study that highlights and exemplifies the most important practices that this tourism sector offers to the consumer. We first describe this type of tourism activity and what it entails and we present the global present-day situation regarding this form of tourism, including its temporary setback caused by the ongoing global pandemic that has affected the tourism industry as a whole. We then analyze the current development status and visiting opportunities present in the country of Romania. This region of the world is very rich in viticulture potential, because of its wine making history and traditions. Through research from secondary sources, we present the most important wine tourism destinations (wineries and vineyards), we describe the numerous activities that can be undertaken in these establishments and we catalogue the different types of tourists that engage in these tourism activities. Besides the direct activities related to the wine-making process, we show how this tourism form generates important economic growth for those regions and stimulates further development. The experiences of visiting a winery, witnessing the wine-making process and engaging in tasting events, are on the rise, particularly in tradition-rich wine regions like the ones described in this paper. In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the health system in the Republic of Moldova requires increased attention and involvement, because the pressure of the pandemic, economic and political crisis directly affect its proper functioning. The sustainability of the health system is a major challenge for the government, in the context of the pandemic crisis, as well as the emergence of emerging risks specific to the field. Thus, the research of this aspect is gaining momentum, and the internal public financial control in the health system in general and in the republican medical institutions in particular requires a new approach. In this regard, the results of the paper are appreciated by strengthening the audit and internal control components in the health system, especially in the republican medical institutions, as optimal tools for the management and development of the institution in crisis and pandemic shocks. There are dual problems of in-domain protection and extra-domain protection for Chinese university name. This paper uses methods of case analysis, comparative analysis and normative analysis to get the following contents. In terms of domestic protection, there are three problems in legislation, law enforcement and justice in the protection of university name trademarks in China, which should be solved by improving the legal system of trademark protection, enriching the judicial and administrative force of trademark protection, and strengthening the self-protection ability of colleges and universities.
